An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Manager to manage border counties in Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland. This role will involve calling on the animal health trade and veterinary divisions, selling Norbrook’s extensive range of animal health products.
The primary focus of this role will be to maximise the sales of Norbrook’s portfolio and to develop strong relationships with new and existing customers within the veterinary and agricultural trades.
The successful candidate will actively contribute to shaping and supporting the Company’s overall success and growth by educating and facilitating training for veterinary clinics and trade staff on Norbrooks products and marketing initiates.
Individuals who demonstrate self-motivation with a high focus on customer service and a one team mindset are of particular interest.
- Customer focused with at least 3 years’ experience in the sales / veterinary industry
- Demonstrated ability to relay technical knowledge at appropriate levels
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiating skill base
- Demonstrated ability to take on new challenges with ease
- Demonstrate knowledge of recent veterinary customer evolvement in the UK and Irish markets
- Previous veterinary practice experience
- Degree or HND in a relevant life science, agricultural or business subject
- Account management and consulting skills
- SQP qualified
- NOAH qualified
