Receptionist / Account Admin – AJ Elite Bathrooms

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting customers and suppliers
  • Processing sales invoices, credits, payments and monthly statements
  • Petty cash
  • Cash book
  • Processing goods inwards in the showroom department
  • Matching invoices with purchases orders
  • Resolving queries with suppliers and inter branch
  • Raising and following up on goods returns

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of EQ and Exchequer Software would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Previous Experience in a similar industry/sector would be an advantage
