We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist as we continue to grow.
This role is remote
– Experience in DTC a must
– Genuine interest/experience in the beauty/wellness/haircare industry
The Role/Duties
- Candidate must have experience on Zendesk and Shopify
- Speaking with customers primarily via email/SMS/phone
- Dealing with customer complaints, returns, or issues with orders
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and being in charge of customer account details
- Working closely with our fulfillment center to help run operations alongside Operations Manager
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
- Assist with packaging and production
An Ideal Candidate will be:
- A responsible individual who will provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience
- Have a genuine interest/experience in the beauty/wellness/haircare industry
- Experience in DTC is a major plus
- Experience in Consumer goods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shopify / Zendesk experience a must
- 1/2 years’ of customer service experience preferred
