Job Details:
As part of the three site delivery of Student Loans at Teleperformance, Newry is unique in that it delivers inbound customer service not only for Student Finance England but also for Student Finance Northern Ireland and Wales as well. Within our front line advice we deal with students applying for finance for the first time, returning students, parents who are sponsoring the students and a number of vulnerable groups of students who are applying for additional grants. We also advise on eligibility of each university or college course for funding from the SLC.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm Saturday & Sunday, 9am – 4pm.
Contract: 40 hours per week

Qualifications / Experience:
Customer service experience.
Call centre experience.
